Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 8–10 business days.
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days.

These delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs, carriers, or high demand.

Shipping Costs
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over £80. For orders under £80, shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
