Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on novelacosmetics.com, operated by Novéla.

1. Products
Novéla is a cosmetic serum for external use only. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; results may vary from person to person.

2. Prices
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error).

4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

5. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 8–10 business days and express delivery 5–8 business days from dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Right to Cancel
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novéla's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
